  Terms and Conditions: 

  • Age requirement for campers is between 11 to 18 years old during summer 2009.
  • Admission to the 2009 Discover Camp China is on a first-come, first served bases.
  • Admission to the 2009 Discover Camp China shall be granted or denied at the sole discretion of Discover Camp China.
  • Application deadline is 04/15/2009.
  • Applications are accepted after the deadline if space is still available.
  • A deposit of $500 (non-refundable) is due upon enrollment acceptance.
  • 1st payment is due on 04/30/2009. (See costs and payment timelines for details)
  • Full payment is due on 06/15/2009. (See costs and payment timelines for details)
  • Last day of withdrawal or change enrollment without penalty is 05/15/2009
  • Withdrawal or change enrollment between 05/15/2009 and 06/15/2009 will result in 50% tuition penalty; withdrawal or change enrollment between 06/16/2009 and 06/26/2009 will result in 75% tuition penalty. No refund is allowed after 06/27/2009 under any circumstances.
  • Discover Camp China reserves the rights to terminate a child's enrollment for any reason not consistent with the safety and welfare of all campers. Discover Camp China will make travel arrangement for camper to return to home country; Discover Camp China is not responsible for any cost related to change in itinerary.
  • The camper must be in good health, and must be able to take care of self independently. Discover Camp China will not be responsible for any injuries related to failure to provide vital health information (allergies, chronic diseases, current health issues, significant health histories, etc)
  • Camper must have valid passport and visa for the duration of the camp program
  • By signing this form, the parent or the guardian is giving permission to the medical personnel selected by Discover Camp China to render whatever treatment necessary for his/her dependent in case of emergency.
  • The terms and agreements must be reviewed and signed by a parent or a guardian and the camper for enrollment acceptance.
  • Discover Camp China reserve the rights for final interpretation of the above terms and conditions.
